Refund policy

All online orders are entitled to a full refund should you change your mind. You can also send your order back for a size swap. Mintini will send your size swap for free on DPD next day delivery but the customer will need to cover the cost of returning the original order.

You have 14 days from the day you received your order to return this to the address below. It must be returned in its original packaging with all the original tags & accessories. Please enclose your packing slip when returning any items and note on your packing slip if you would like an exchange or a refund.

Please contact us on sales.mintini@beaverbrooks.co.uk when returning an item and when returning an item to us please obtain a proof of postage receipt.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
